Modern Slavery Policy
At Aenon Housing CIC, we believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect. We do not tolerate modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking in any part of our work. We take our responsibility seriously, especially when working with people who may be vulnerable, and we are committed to recognising the signs of exploitation, responding quickly to concerns, and putting people’s safety and wellbeing first. Anyone who raises a concern will be listened to and supported.
Awaab's Law Policy

Safeguarding Policy
We have procedures in place to identify, report, and respond to safeguarding concerns, including abuse, neglect, and exploitation. All staff and partners are required to follow these procedures, share information appropriately, and escalate concerns without delay. Where necessary, concerns are referred to relevant authorities to manage risk and meet legal responsibilities.

Complaints Policy
We have a clear process for handling complaints in a fair and timely way. Complaints can be raised easily, are investigated properly, and responded to within set timescales. Where issues are identified, we take appropriate action and use the outcome to improve services. If a complaint is not resolved, it can be escalated in line with the Housing Ombudsman process.
