Aenon Housing CIC is a social enterprise helping people find stability and move forward. We provide affordable homes, practical support and mentoring, working with individuals, families and local partners to understand what each person needs. Our work is grounded in dignity, respect and the belief that everyone deserves a chance to build a better future.

A safe home can give someone room to plan what comes next, but housing is only one part of our work. We also provide practical support and mentoring to help people build confidence, work through challenges and take steps towards independence.

We listen to each person and work with them on goals that matter to them. That could mean settling into a home, connecting with local services or having a trusted mentor alongside them.

As a community interest company, we work with local partners to respond to the needs we see around us and put our resources back into work that benefits the communities we serve.

Our Story

Aenon Housing CIC was founded by three individuals with extensive experience in the housing sector who shared one vision: to build a community‑driven organisation that creates a real, visible difference in response to a simple truth: too many people are homeless or living in insecure, unsafe or unsuitable housing. We saw the impact this has on health, work, family life and hope for the future.

Our Vision

We believe everyone deserves a safe place to live, people they can turn to and the opportunity to move forward. Housing can be the foundation for better health, stability and independence, but a home alone may not address every challenge someone faces.

Our vision is to grow a network of homes, mentoring and practical support that responds to people at different stages of their lives. We want to help people facing homelessness find stability, support young people as they build confidence, and create opportunities for people rebuilding their lives after difficult experiences.

We will do this by listening to the people we support and working closely with local authorities, landlords and community partners. Together, we want to create lasting solutions that help people plan ahead, build relationships and feel that they belong in their communities.

At Aenon Housing, we believe everyone deserves more than just a roof over their head. They deserve a place to feel safe, supported, and valued.Our mission is to provide high-quality, affordable housing that helps people rebuild their lives with dignity and independence. We work closely with landlords, local authorities, and support networks to create homes that are secure and welcoming.

What truly sets us apart is our lived experience. We understand the challenges of homelessness because we’ve faced them ourselves. This gives us a deeper level of empathy, insight, and commitment in everything we do. We don’t just provide housing, we build trust, offer real support, and help people move forward with confidence.
